Soft Patisserie Cream (Wrap) 100g (3/4 cup)
Cold water 250 grams (1 cup)
Preparation method:
Add cold water into the blender bowl. Then add the fine cream ba tissiri powder (wrap) into the bowl of the blender.
Mix for 1 minute on slow speed and then for 4 minutes, until the custard becomes thicker.
Allow the mixture to harden before using it.
