Shipping policy

The request is processed after changing its status to (implemented).

The allowed weight of the shipment is 25KG. In the event that the request exceeds the permissible weight, a fee will be charged, according to the shipping company's policy

Delivery type:

Refrigerated and dry shipping.

Shipping term:

Riyadh: Shipping period (within 24 to 72 working hours) of approving the request and transferring the status of the request to (executed).

Delivery to main areas: from 3 days to 8 working days as a maximum of approving the request and transferring the status of the request to (implemented).

Delivery to sub-regions: from 4 days to 11 working days as a maximum of approving the request and transferring the status of the request to (implemented).

Delivery times may vary due to official holidays, holidays, and times of marketing campaigns

• The number of delivery attempts for each order is 3 attempts in 3 different days, after which the order is returned without referring to the customer.
• In the event that the weight of the shipment is higher than the limit allowed by the shipping company, the adjustment will be made and you will be notified to pay the difference.
• Follow up the order with the shipping company and through the shipment tracking link sent via text messages.
• Continuously update shipping policy and rates without prior notice
