Ingredients:
Ready cheesecake mix 100g (3/4 cup)
40g lemon juice (3 tablespoons)
Fresh Full Cream Milk, Chilled 250g (2 Cups)
Preparation method:
Grease a 20 cm long cake pan with oil. Put the crushed biscuits in the (food processor) and mix the ingredients until you get a flour
Coarsely crushed. Place the biscuits with the melted butter in a deep medium bowl and mix until the biscuits absorb the butter. Apply the mixture
At the bottom of the cake mold, then cool the mixture. Place the cheesecake mixture in a deep bowl. Gradually pour the milk over the mixture while mixing.
With a hand mixer at medium speed. Add the lemon juice to the mixture and blend on high speed for 3 minutes or until you get a smooth consistency
Soft, creamy texture without lumps. Pour the resulting mixture onto the previously prepared cheesecake base. Refrigerate until firm.
