Ingredients:
Pancake mix 1000 grams (6 cups)
Whole eggs 400 grams (8 pieces)
60g (1/4 cup) vegetable oil or butter
Fresh milk (liquid) 1200 - 1400 grams (2 1/4 - 5 cups)
Preparation method:
Place the fresh milk and eggs in a mixing bowl, then gradually add the pancake mixture. Add oil or soft butter
Mix for 5-6 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth (either with a hand whisk or with a regular mixer).
Use a frying pan of a type that does not stick to food (take into account frying a small amount of dough each time), and do not leave it for a long time.
Use a variety of fruits, custard, raisins, honey and ice cream as a variety of pancake fillings.
