Sponge cake / swiss roll

Ingredients:

Ramco white cake mix 1000g (6 cups)

Water 550 grams (1/8 cup)

Preparation method:

Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix for a minute at a slow speed.

Scrape the mixture down the sides and mix for another 5 minutes on high speed.

Baking method:

Bake at a temperature of 200-210°C for 30-35 minutes

(depending on the type of oven).
