Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Gato Sponge Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 500 g (10 pcs)
  3. Water 300 (1 1/4 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Place the eggs and water in the bowl. Add Gato Sponge Cake Mix.
  • Whisk for one minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape the bowl.
  • Whip at top speed for 8-10 minutes. 
  • Turn down at low speed and mix for further 1 minute.


Baking Method

Sponge Cake :

  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).

Swiss rolls :

  • Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
