Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Heartdream "7 Stars" Choco 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 600 g (12 pcs)
  3. Water 200 g (3/4 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Mix all ingredients together for approx. 1 minute at slow speed then 7 minutes atfast speed and again 1 minute at slow speed.


Baking Method Sponge Cake


  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).

Swiss Rolls


For making swiss rolls

add Extra to the basic recipe:

  1. 2 eggs and
  2. 50 g of water
  3. 50 g melted butter
  • Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
