Pizza Base Mix for making soft and elastic dough for plain pizza base.

Ingredients
- Pizza Base Mix 1000 g (6 1/2 cups)
- Instant Dry Yeast 15 g (1 1/2 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil 50 g (10 tablespoon)
- Water 500 g (2 1/4 cups)
Preparation Method
- First step :
- Combine all ingredients and mix until becomesmooth dough.
- Fermentation time: 10 minutes.
- Sheet to desired thickness (about 0.5 cm / thickness as required).
- Cut with suitable cutter or use special pizza mould.
- Proofing: 15-25 minutes.
- Bake at 210OC.
- Baking time: approx 5-8 minutes (1/2 bake).
- Second step:
- Use tomato sauce or ketchup top of 1/2 baked Pizza base.
- Use all fillings (onions, black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms...) and granted mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 210OC.
- Baking time: 3-5 minutes.
