  1. Rap Fine Cream Patissiere 100 g (3/4 cup)
  2. Cold Water 250 g (1 cup)



Preparation Method:

  • Pour the cold water in a mixer bowl.
  • Slowly add the Rap fine Patissiere Custard mix.
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed and 4 minutes at high speed until the custard becomes thicker andsmooth.
  • Leave to stand.
