Ingredients
- Cake Donut Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
- Water 500 g (2 cups)
Preparation Method
- Mix Water and Cake Donut Mix in a bowl.
- Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, until smooth batter is formed.
- Allow rest period of 5 minutes in the same bowl or in Cake Donut dispenser reservoir.
- Hold the Cake Donut Machine just over the hot oil and lightly press on the lever to release the batter.
- Fry the Cake Donut at 175 - 180OC for 1 minute per side.
- Remove Cake Donut and allow cooling.
- Dip in Donut Spread Gloss Icing and sprinkle with sugar strands if desired.
