Cinnamon Roll


Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Cinnamon Roll Mix 1000 g (6 2/3 cups)
  2. Instant Dry Yeast 15 g (1 1/2 tablespoon)
  3. Butter 50 g (1/4 cup)
  4. Water 450 g (1 1/2 cups)

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together at slow speed for 1
  2. Minute then 8 - 10 minutes at medium speed until dough is firm.
  3. Dough rest for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Sheet out fermented dough about 1/2 cm in thickness, brush the surface with melted butter or margarine.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar then distribute raisins and nuts on surface evenly.
  6. Roll in Swiss Rolls style and cut into 2 cm thick slices.
  7. Arrange on greased baking sheet.
  8. Proof for 30 - 45 minutes then bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and glaze then coat with fondant icing.
