Recipe:
- Ingredients:
- Meringue Mix 200 g (1/2 cups)
- Warm Water 100 g (1/3 cup)
Preparation Method:
- Add water and Meringue mix in a bowl.
- Mix 1 minute at slow speed.
- Beat at high speed for 5 minutes until a cream is firm.
- Pipe into baking tray (you may use different nozzle shapes).
- Bake for approx 1 - 2 hours at low heat (100°C depending on oven type).
