Meringue

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Meringue Mix 200 g (1/2 cups)
  2. Warm Water 100 g (1/3 cup)



Preparation Method:

  • Add water and Meringue mix in a bowl.
  • Mix 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Beat at high speed for 5 minutes until a cream is firm.
  • Pipe into baking tray (you may use different nozzle shapes).
  • Bake for approx 1 - 2 hours at low heat (100°C depending on oven type).
