Recipe:
Ingredients
- Brownie Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
- Hot Water (50OC) 250 g (1 pcs)
- Chopped Walnuts (Optional) 100 g (1/2 cup)
Preparation Method
- Add hot water and Brownie Mix in a bowl.
- Mix 1 minute at low speed using beater.
- Scrape down well and blend for 3 minutes.
- Fold the walnuts into batter.
- Deposit batter in baking tray.
Baking Method
- Bake at 175°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
