Ingredients
- Plain Petit Four Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
- Whole Eggs 200g (4 pcs)
- Soft Butter 400 - 500 g (1 1/2 cups)
Preparation Method
- Mix butter and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Plain Petit Four Mix in a mixer bowl, mix for two minutes at slow speed.
- Scrape the bowl.
- Then mix for another 6 minutes at medium speed.
- Place in pastry bag with plain tip or star tip. Pipe out strips or a rosette into greased baking tray.
Baking Method
- Bake it at 180- 190°C for 15 minutes or until the sides of Petit Four became golden brown.
