Recipe:
Ingredients
- Vanilla Pound Cake Mix 1000 g (5 1/2 cups)
- Whole Eggs 350 g (7 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil 300 g (1 1/3 cups)
- Water 225 g ( 1/8 cups)
Preparation Method
- Blend the liquid ingredients
- Add vanilla pound cake mix and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well and mix for further 5 minutes on medium speed.
- Fold (Chocolate Chips, Nuts, And Fruit Filling). Optional .
- Deposit 350-450g of batter in baking mould.
Baking Method
- Bake at 180OC for 30 - 35 minutes
