Chocolate Petit Four

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Petit Four Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 200g (4 pcs)
  3. Soft Butter 400 - 500 g (1 1/2 cups)

Preparation Method

  • Mix butter and egg until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Chocolate Petit Four Mix in a mixer bowl, mix for two minutes at slow speed.
  • Scrape the bowl.
  • Then mix for another 6 minutes at medium speed.
  • Place in pastry bag with plain tip or star tip. Pipe out strips or a rosette into greased baking tray.

Baking Method

  • Bake it at 180- 190°C for 15 minutes or until the sides of Petit Four became golden brown.
