Recipe:
Ingredients
- Heartdream Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 500 g (10 pcs)
- Water 300 g (1 cup)
Preparation Method
- Place the eggs and water in the bowl.
- Add Heartdream Chocolate Sponge Mix.
- Whisk for one minute at slow speed.
- Scrape the bowl.
- Whip at top speed for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Turn down at low speed and mix for further 1 minute.
Baking Method Sponge Cake
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).
Swiss Rolls
For making swiss rolls
add Extra to the basic recipe:
- 2 eggs and
- 50 g of water
- 50 g melted butter
- Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
