Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Cup Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
  4. Water 350 g (1 1/2 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients for 2 minutes. 
  • Add Chocolate Cup Cake Mix and mix
  • on slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down well.
  • Beat for approximately 6 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add dry fruits with a light dusting of flour.


Baking Method

  • For a 35 - 50 grams cup cake, bake at 170 - 190°C for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the type of the oven.
