Ginger Cookie Mix

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Ginger Cookie Mix 1000 g (6 1/2 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 125g (1 1/2 pcs)
  3. Soft Butter / Margarine 360 g (1 1/2 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together at slow speed for 3 minutes
  • Roll the dough in to a desired thickness.
  • Cut it with a knife and press the dough and keep in the baking trays.Or Scoop the dough with an ice cream scooper and place in baking trays.

Baking Method

  • Bake it at 200 - 210OC for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Do not over baked.
