Ingredients
- Red Velvet Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Vegetable Oil 120 g (1/2 cup)
- Water 600 g (2 1/2 cups)
Preparation Method
- Using a beater blend together the Red Velvet Cake Mix and water on 1st speed for 1 minute.
- Then mix on 2nd speed for 5 minutes.
- Add oil and mix for further 1 minute.
- Deposit the batter into baking cups or cake ring.
Baking Method
- Baking Temperature: 170OC.
- Baking Time: 15-20 minutes depend on weight of cake.
