Recipe:
- Ingredients:
- Cream Chantille 100 g (3/4 cup)
- Cold Water 250 g (1 cup)
- or Cold Milk 250 g (1 cup)
Preparation Method:
- Place cold milk or water in the bowl.
- Add Cream Chantille and mix for 1 min. at slow speed and 4 - 5 mins. at high speed until the mix becomes thicker and fluffy.
- Cream Chantille is ready to use.
