Plain Muffin

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Plain Muffin Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
  4. Water 300 g (1 1/8 cups)
  5. Add fruits or Chocolate Chips (as desired)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquids for approximately 2 minutes using warm water enough to given a final batter temperature of 22 - 24OC.
  • Add Plain Muffin Mix and mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down well.
  • Beat for approximately 6 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add fruits, nuts or chocolate chips in to the batter prior to depositing (for soft fruits like blueberries - use frozen with a light dusting of flour).
  • Deposit batter as required.

Baking Method

  • For a 75 grams muffin, bake at 170 - 180°C for approximately 25 - 30 minutes depending on the type of the oven.n.
