Carrot Cake

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Carrot Cake Mix 1000 g (5 1/2 cups )
  2. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil (corn) 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
  4. Water 250 g (1 cups)
  5. Grated Carrots 500 g (4 cups)
  6. Walnuts 120 g (1 cup)
  7. Sultanas 120 g (3/4 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients for 1 minute.
  • Add Carrot Cake Mix and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down well.
  • Beat for approx. 6 minute at medium speed.
  • Fold fresh grated carrot, crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts.
  • Deposit 350 - 400 g of batter in a baking mould.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 180°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
