Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Biscamix Choco 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 750 g (15 pcs)
  3. Water 100 g (1/3 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients and add Biscamix Choco.
  • Mix for 1 minute at low speed then 7 minutes at high speed.
  • Turn down at low speed and mix for further 1 minute..


Baking Method Sponge Cake


  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).

Swiss Rolls


For making swiss rolls

add Extra to the basic recipe:

  1. 2 eggs and
  2. 100 g of water 
  3. 50 g melted butter
  • Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
