Ingredients
- English Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Water 200g (3/3 cups)
- Mixed Fruits Glazed, Sultanas, Cashew Nuts
Preparation Method
- Blend the liquid ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Add English Cake Mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well.
- Beat for approximately 6 minutes at medium speed.
- Fold fruits into batter prior to depositing.
- Deposit 400 - 450 grams of batter into a paper case in a loaf
Baking Method
Bake at 170°C. Baking time: approx. 45 minutes.
