Recipe:
Ingredients
- Chocolate Cup Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 350 g (7 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil 300g (1 1/3 cups)
- Water 225g (1/8 cups)
Preparation Method
- Blend the liquid ingredients.
- Add chocolate pound cake mix and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well and mix for further 5 minutes on medium speed.
- Fold (Chocolate Chips, Nuts). Optional
- Deposit 350-450g of batter in baking mould.
Baking Method
- Bake at 170 - 180°C for 35 to 45 minutes.
