Chocolate Pound Cake

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Cup Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 350 g (7 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 300g (1 1/3 cups)
  4. Water 225g (1/8 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients.
  • Add chocolate pound cake mix and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down well and mix for further 5 minutes on medium speed.
  • Fold (Chocolate Chips, Nuts). Optional 
  • Deposit 350-450g of batter in baking mould.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 170 - 180°C for 35 to 45 minutes.
