- Rap Fine Cream Patissiere 100 g (3/4 cup)
- Cold Water 250 g (1 cup)
Preparation Method:
- Pour the cold water in a mixer bowl.
- Slowly add the Rap fine Patissiere Custard mix.
- Mix for 1 minute at slow speed and 4 minutes at high speed until the custard becomes thicker andsmooth.
- Leave to stand.
