Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Pancake Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
  2. Fresh Milk (Liquid) 1200 - 1400 g (4 1/2 - 5 cups)
  3. Whole Eggs 400 g (8 pcs)
  4. Vegetable Oil or Butter 60 g (1/4 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Pour fresh milk and eggs in a bowl then slowly add pan cake mix.
  • Add vegetable oil or soft butter and mix 5 - 6 minutes until the mix becomes smooth (Use hand whisk or mixer machine).
  • Use nonstick pan for cooking (use small amount of pancake batter). Do not overcook.
  • Use different type of fruits, custards, sultanas, honey and ice cream for Pancakes fillings.
  • Ready to serve.
