Recipe:
Ingredients
- Patissiere Chocolate Sponge Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 475 g (9 pcs)
- Water 215 g (3/4 cup)
Preparation Method
- Pour Liquids then dry Ingredients into bowl.
- Whip on slow speed for 1 minute,
- Scrape down the bowl.
- Whip on high speed for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Deposite into greased pans.
Baking Method
- Bake at 180OC for 30 minutes(Depending on oven type).
