Creme Caramel

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Créme Caramel Mix 250 g (1 cup)
  2. Fresh Milk 1300 g or ml (5 1/4 cups)



Preparation Method:

  • Add fresh milk to Créme Caramel Mix and heat to boiling point for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place small amount of liquid caramel into recipients.
  • Pour the boiled mix (Milk and Créme Caramel Mix) into the recipients.
  • Allow to cool for 1 - 3 hours before serving.
