Ingredients
- Chocolate Cup Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Water 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
Preparation Method
- Blend the liquid ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Add Chocolate Cup Cake Mix and mix
- on slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well.
- Beat for approximately 6 minutes on medium speed.
- Add dry fruits with a light dusting of flour.
Baking Method
- For a 35 - 50 grams cup cake, bake at 170 - 190°C for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the type of the oven.
