Recipe:
Ingredients
- Ginger Cookie Mix 1000 g (6 1/2 cups)
- Whole Eggs 125g (1 1/2 pcs)
- Soft Butter / Margarine 360 g (1 1/2 cups)
Preparation Method
- Mix all the ingredients together at slow speed for 3 minutes
- Roll the dough in to a desired thickness.
- Cut it with a knife and press the dough and keep in the baking trays.Or Scoop the dough with an ice cream scooper and place in baking trays.
Baking Method
- Bake it at 200 - 210OC for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Do not over baked.
