Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Red Velvet Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Vegetable Oil 120 g (1/2 cup)
  3. Water 600 g (2 1/2 cups)

Preparation Method

  • Using a beater blend together the Red Velvet Cake Mix and water on 1st speed for 1 minute.
  • Then mix on 2nd speed for 5 minutes.
  • Add oil and mix for further 1 minute.
  • Deposit the batter into baking cups or cake ring.


Baking Method

  • Baking Temperature: 170OC.
  • Baking Time: 15-20 minutes depend on weight of cake.
