RAMCO Choco Cake (Add water only)

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Gato Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
  2. Water 300 (1 1/4 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape down well and mix for another 5minutes at high speed.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 200 - 210OC for 30 - 35 minutes (depending on oven type).
