Ingredients
- Gato Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
- Water 300 (1 1/4 cups)
Preparation Method
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Mix for 1 minute at slow speed.
- Scrape down well and mix for another 5minutes at high speed.
Baking Method
- Bake at 200 - 210OC for 30 - 35 minutes (depending on oven type).
