Créme Chantille

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Cream Chantille 100 g (3/4 cup)
  2. Cold Water 250 g (1 cup)
  3. or Cold Milk 250 g (1 cup)



Preparation Method:

  • Place cold milk or water in the bowl.
  • Add Cream Chantille and mix for 1 min. at slow speed and 4 - 5 mins. at high speed until the mix becomes thicker and fluffy.
  • Cream Chantille is ready to use.
