Ingredients
- Carrot Cake Mix 1000 g (5 1/2 cups )
- Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil (corn) 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Water 250 g (1 cups)
- Grated Carrots 500 g (4 cups)
- Walnuts 120 g (1 cup)
- Sultanas 120 g (3/4 cup)
Preparation Method
- Blend the liquid ingredients for 1 minute.
- Add Carrot Cake Mix and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well.
- Beat for approx. 6 minute at medium speed.
- Fold fresh grated carrot, crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts.
- Deposit 350 - 400 g of batter in a baking mould.
Baking Method
- Bake at 180°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
