Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. English Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
  4. Water 200g (3/3 cups)
  5. Mixed Fruits Glazed, Sultanas, Cashew Nuts


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients for 2 minutes.
  • Add English Cake Mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down well.
  • Beat for approximately 6 minutes at medium speed.
  • Fold fruits into batter prior to depositing.
  • Deposit 400 - 450 grams of batter into a paper case in a loaf


Baking Method

Bake at 170°C. Baking time: approx. 45 minutes.
