Recipe:
Ingredients
- Heartdream "7 Stars" Choco 1000 g (5 cups)
- Whole Eggs 600 g (12 pcs)
- Water 200 g (3/4 cup)
Preparation Method
- Mix all ingredients together for approx. 1 minute at slow speed then 7 minutes atfast speed and again 1 minute at slow speed.
Baking Method Sponge Cake
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).
Swiss Rolls
For making swiss rolls
add Extra to the basic recipe:
- 2 eggs and
- 50 g of water
- 50 g melted butter
- Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
