Ingredients Top Quality Commercial

  1. Super Gato Sponge Concentrate 50 g (1/3 cup)
  2. Cake Flour 150 g (1 cup)
  3. Sugar 200g (1 cup)
  4. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  5. Water 50g (1/3 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Place egg and water into a mixing bowl. 
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Whisk for one minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape the bowl.
  • Whip at top speed for 10 - 12 minutes. 
  • Place into pans.


Baking Method

Sponge Cake :

  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at temp. 180OC(Depending on the type of oven).

Swiss rolls :

  • Bake for 6 - 8 minutes at temp. 220 - 230OC (Depending on the type of oven)
