Ingredients

  1. Brownie Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
  2. Hot Water (50OC) 250 g (1 pcs)
  3. Chopped Walnuts (Optional) 100 g (1/2 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Add hot water and Brownie Mix in a bowl.
  • Mix 1 minute at low speed using beater.
  • Scrape down well and blend for 3 minutes.
  • Fold the walnuts into batter.
  • Deposit batter in baking tray.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 175°C for 30 - 35 minutes.
