Sponge Cake Emulsifier (Gel Form)
- Vasilco 169 is a sponge cake improver, made of a vegetable emulsifier blend to improve the cake quality and to keep it’s moisture. The product is an aqueous dispersion of emulsifiers stabilized in a gel form.

- Gel Paste (Vasilco 169) 32 g (2 tablespoon)
- Sugar 400 g (1 1/2 cup)
- Wheat Flour 20 g (2 cups))
- Corn Starch 50 g (3/4 cup)
- Baking Powder 8 g (1/2 tablespoon)
- Whole Eggs 470 g (9 pcs)
- Water 200 g (3/4 cup)
- Vanilla Flavour 3 g (1 teaspoon)
Dosage:
- 2 - 3% batter weight
Preparation Method:
- 1 minute at slow speed.
- 8 minutes at fast speed.
