Vanilla Pound Cake

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Vanilla Pound Cake Mix 1000 g (5 1/2 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 350 g (7 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 300 g (1 1/3 cups)
  4. Water 225 g ( 1/8 cups)


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquid ingredients
  • Add vanilla pound cake mix and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down well and mix for further 5 minutes on medium speed.
  • Fold (Chocolate Chips, Nuts, And Fruit Filling). Optional .
  • Deposit 350-450g of batter in baking mould.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 180OC for 30 - 35 minutes
