Patissiere Chocolate Sponge Cake

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Patissiere Chocolate Sponge Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 475 g (9 pcs)
  3. Water 215 g (3/4 cup)


Preparation Method

  • Pour Liquids then dry Ingredients into bowl.
  • Whip on slow speed for 1 minute,
  • Scrape down the bowl.
  • Whip on high speed for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Deposite into greased pans.


Baking Method

  • Bake at 180OC for 30 minutes(Depending on oven type).
