Hot Chocolate Soufflé

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
  1. Hot Chocolate Soufflé Mix 250 g (1 1/2 cups)
  2. Water / Fresh Milk (Liquid) 200 g (3/4 cup)
  3. Liquid butter 45 g (1/8 cup)



Preparation Method:

  • Mix all ingredients together for approx. 7 min at medium speed.
  • Pour into baking ceramic mould (Special hot soufflé baking cups).
  • Bake for 12 - 18 minutes at 200°C.
