Ingredients
- Banana Cake Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
- Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
- Vegetable Oil (Corn) 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
- Water 250 g (1 cups)
- Mashed Banana 400 g (3 - 4 pcs)
- Walnuts 120 g (1/2 cup)
Preparation Method
- Blend the eggs, oil and water for approx. 2 minutes.
- Add Banana Cake Mix and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down well.
- Beat for approximately 6 minutes at medium speed.
- Fold fresh mashed banana and walnuts into batter prior to depositing.
- Deposit 400 - 450 grams of batter into paper case in loaf.
Baking Method
- Bake at 170OC. Baking time: approx. 45 minutes.
