Ingredients
- Crepe Mix 250 g (2 cups)
- Fresh Milk 375g (1 1/2 cup)
- Vegetable Oil 35 g (4 tablespoon)
Preparation Method
- Mix all the ingredients in to the mixer.
- Mix with slow speed for 1 minute.
- Mix with high speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter on a hot pan.
- Swirl the pan around gently to spread the batter.
- Cook for 30 second.
