Almond Macaron
Recipe:
- Almond Macaron 1000 g (6 cups)
- Water 200 g (3/4 cup)
Preparation Method:
- Mix the ingredients altogether for 5 min. at medium speed in a flat beater.
- after mixing, The batter gets firm and ready to use in paper/plastic squeeze cone.
- Pipe 120 dots of approx. 10 grams batter on a baking sheet covered with silicon paper.
- Let Macaron dry for at least one hour.
Baking Method:
- Bake at 150°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
- For colored Macarons add color (decrease the water with the amount of color).
- Pipe a dot (4 grams) of Macaron filling on one of Macaroons and cover with another.
