Chocolate Muffin

Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Muffin Mix  1000 g (5 cups)
  2. Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs)
  3. Vegetable Oil 350 g (1 1/2 cups)
  4. Water 300 g (1 1/8 cups)
  5. Add Chocolate Chips (as desired) 250 g


Preparation Method

  • Blend the liquids for approximately 2 minutes using warm water enough to give a final temperature of 22 - 24OC.
  • Add Chocolate Muffin Mix and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down well
  • Beat for approximately 6 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add chocolate chips into the batter prior to depositing.
  • Deposit batter as required into baking mould.


Baking Method

  • For a 75 grams muffin, bake at 170 - 180°C for approximately 25 - 30 minutes depending on the type of the oven.
