Cake mix for preparing sponge cake and swissroll

Sponge cake / swissroll



Ingredients:

Bisca Mix 1000 Grams (5 Cups)

Whole eggs 750 grams (15 pieces)

Water 100 grams (1/3 cup)



Preparation method:

Mix all the liquid ingredients together and add the Biscamix mixture. Mix for 1 minute at a slow speed, then for 7 minutes

at high speed. Mix for an additional minute at a slow speed.



Baking method for sponge cake:

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C

(depending on the type of oven).



For swissroll:

(To make swissroll, add: 2 eggs and 50 grams of melted butter to the basic recipe)

Bake the swissroll for 6-8 minutes at a temperature of 220-230°C

(depending on the type of oven).
