Whole eggs 125 grams (2 1/2 pieces)
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients together on slow speed for 3 minutes. Spread the mixture to the desired thickness.
Cut the dough into a square or round shape, then press the pieces when placing them on the baker's trays.
Or use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls onto baker's trays.
Baking method:
